Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. Someone who can build brand visibility, generate demand and convert that demand into consistent revenue growth for Staidorf Consult.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of all Staidorf Consult products and services.
- Develop and execute bold marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration
- Actively prospect, pitch, and close new clients across target industries
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence and digital campaigns
- Create compelling content for promotions, email marketing, and advertising
- Meet and exceed set sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Creative thinking with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools is an advantage
- Knowledge or interest in the technology industry is a plus
